Downers Grove, Firmly Planted in the Past and Reaching for the Future

Residential street of Chicago For visitors, one of the best places to visit is the Alter Brewing Company. Its taproom opened in 2015 and is the centerpiece of a wonderful head of the beer. Friends and family can gather round and have a delicious pint of beer.

For a fun evening on the town, the Tivoli Theatre Downers Grove is a place to start. It is an old place for movies, concerts, and shows, and it is full of history. A whole generation might find this a throwback to the time when people actually went to theaters.
